Classic Games Network LLC ("we", "us", "our") publishes mobile card and board games on iOS and Android. This privacy policy applies to all of our games and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Gameplay content — game state, scores, settings, and preferences stored on your device to make the app function. This data is not linked to your identity by default.
Account content — if a game offers online features such as tournaments or leaderboards, we create an account identifier for you and store it with your display name and results. An email address is stored only if you choose to link one.
Device identifiers — anonymous device IDs used for analytics, crash reporting, and (if you see ads) advertising attribution.
Usage data — anonymous information about how you interact with the app, such as which features you use and how often you play. We use this to improve the product.
Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
How We Use Your Information
- App functionality: saving your game progress, scores, and preferences, and running online features such as tournaments and leaderboards
- Analytics: understanding usage patterns so we can improve the app
- Diagnostics: identifying and fixing crashes and bugs
- Advertising (free users): showing relevant ads through third-party ad networks
- Personalization: remembering your preferences across sessions
Data Used to Track You
If you use the free (ad-supported) version, the following data may be used by third-party advertising networks to track you across other apps and websites owned by other companies:
- User content (gameplay content)
- Identifiers (device ID)
- Usage data (product interaction, advertising data)
Subscribing to a premium (ad-free) subscription removes ads and the associated tracking.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and in-app purchases
- Firebase (Google) — for analytics, crash reporting, and online accounts
- Google AdMob — for advertising in the free version
Each of these services has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data.
Data Security
We protect your information using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store it with reputable cloud providers that encrypt data at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. If a game creates an online account for you, we keep that account's data while the account is active.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing dataprivacy@classicgamesnetwork.com. We delete the associated data — such as the account ID, any linked email, display name, and online results — within 30 days, except limited records we are required to keep by law.
Children's Privacy
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
- Do not sell or share my data: opt out of the sale or sharing of your data for advertising by turning off Targeted Ads in the app's settings
- Opt out of advertising tracking: use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Reset Advertising Identifier" settings in iOS/Android
- Remove ads entirely: subscribe to a premium (ad-free) subscription
- Delete your data: uninstall the app to remove locally stored data, or email us to delete any online account data (see "Data Retention and Deletion" above)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region that requires it, we ask for your consent to personalized advertising. You can review or change your choice at any time in the app's settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
